Adrian Bichara of Christopher Columbus dropped some major time from his 2018 PR to his 2019 PR, 5:45.15 to be exact. The rising senior leads the way as the most improved boy in the state of Florida.

Improvement, as athletes grow and develop in the sport, is something that just seems to come naturally. Some athletes see a much larger improvement quicker than others. We've ranked the most improved boys cross country runners from their 2018 times to their 2019 times. Note: only athletes with improvements of 2 minutes or more are ranked here.
