Harrison Post Race at 2020 AAU National Cross Country Championships
On Saturday, Nease junior Rheinhardt Harrison cruised his way to an AAU National Cross Country title with his 15:08 performance at Apalachee Regional Park.
Harrison's 15:08 is the No. 8 high school boys 5k performance all-time for the Apalachee Regional Park course and is a new course PR for the junior.
After a back-to-back state championship winning season in November, Harrison came back to Tallahassee after deciding early in the morning to actually race. He's prepping for a sub-4 indoor mile attempt before 2020 comes to an end.
