2A Boys Results Merge From All 16 District Meets

Racing on his home track at Berkeley Prep one last time at the FHSAA 2A District 9 Meet on Thursday, Ethan Lipham made it a memorable one anchoring his 4x800 meter relay to a come-from-behind victory in 8:26 along with running the fastest times among all the 2A districts for the 1600 and 3200 (9:30). With cross country state champion Nick Carpenter from Trinity Prep out of the FHSAA championship series due to injury, the sub-9 minute performer for 3200 meters in Lipham will be a top favorite in a still competitive 2A state race of contenders and challengers.
