Top Boys Races To Watch From 3A Regionals

The rivalry between South Florida power house programs Miami Northwestern and St. Thomas Aquinas annually produces thrilling races and the 4x400 meter relay at the 3A Region 4 meet was another testament to that fact with a US #3 win of 3:13.06 by Miami Northwestern just holding off St. Thomas Aquinas at US #4 3:13.11 in second place.
