FHSAA 1A Girls Triple Jump
Kendall Brown FL (Wildwood) 37-07.50
Wildwood junior Kendall Brown caught the best wind of the entire competition for all the competitors in the 1A girls triple jump with a +4.0 meters/second wind reading at her back for field best leap of 37'7.50" to win the competition.
In comparison, the runner Damari Johnson of Port St. Joe at 37'6.75" had a wind reading of +1.7 as well as the third place finisher Grace Lathron of North Christian at 37'3.75". Brown also improved four spots from her fifth place showing in the 2021 FHSAA State Finals and bounced back after a runner-up finish at the 1A Region 2 Meet.
