FHSAA 1A Girls Javelin Throw
Sonoma Kasica (Shorecrest Prep) 136-06.00
Not only did Sonoma Kasica repeat as the 1A girls state champion in the javelin, but the sophomore from Shorecrest Prep also reset the FHSAA state meet record in the girls javelin throw with her winning mark of 136'6" or 41.61 meters in a new personal best performance. Kasica has gone undefeated for the entire season in the javelin throw.
