Workout Wednesday visit with the Rockledge boys and girls cross country team with their star individual runners Devin Makousky and Malinda Underwood as their squad prepares to compete at the Cape Coast Conference Championships.
Makousky and Underwood are among the top individual runners currently in the 3A classification, while the Rockledge boys certainly have shown themselves capable this year of hanging with and able to beat two of the traditionally top programs in the Brevard County in Satellite and Viera to put them in contention for a conference team title (makeup date TBD, but rumors it will be held on Monday 10/3) this year.
