The 2A girls 400 meter race was the closest race of the week at the FHSAA 2A State Championships as both Bishop Kenny's Ka'Myya Haywood and Montverde Academy's Alivia Williams both clocked identical times of 54.84. Initial results had Williams as the winner but after further review, Haywood would be declared first with the timers going down to the thousandths of a second.
