The 16th Annual Jim Ryun FCA Invitational is August 24th at Holloway Park in Lakeland. I had the opportunity to talk with Jim Ryun about the meet hosted by the Lakeland Christian School and sponsored by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. We discussed the meet, its history, his career, running XC, the Olympics and the importance of motivation for running XC and Track.
Registration is open until August 21st for the event at Direct Athletics. Jim Ryun will at the meet to hand out the awards.
