6th grader Brianna Motycka of Liberty Pines Academy and the No Excuses RC is one of Florida's young FUTURE STARS. She is a young lady who has been somewhat overlooked. She runs this weekend in the FLYRA MS State Cross Country Championships and just may challenge for the win in the Club Girls championship. This season she won at the Alexander/Asics Invitational in 11:32.42 and at the Bolles 3K Qualifier in 11:02.60. She was third last year in the race as a 5th grader in 10:33.30, just behind two standout Varsity freshmen, Lainey Mercer of Springstead (10:25.50) and Sydney Johnson of Creekside (10:32.80), and one spot ahead of 8th grader Avery Hartley of Cornerstone Classical Academy and No Excuses RC (10:37.30), the #1 ranked Middle Schooler in the state.
