Two former high school standouts have created a website for Christian athletes to network with one another and share their experiences. Tyler Cardillo and Sarah Spann, now freshman runners at the University of Florida started UndefinedChristianAthletes.com in December. Cardillo says the response from the community has been outstanding.
"We know the athletic journey can be a roller coaster ride and we wanted to share our daily experiences and in doing so reach out to others who may be experiencing similar journeys. The feedback has been very positive. People have been very encouraging and supporting of what we've been doing."
The website has features to not only share stories from athletes around the country, but also athletes in the professional world, and interactive elements that will allow athletes to meet people with similar views and hobbies. Cardillo says it's all part of the ultimate goal.
"We want the site to reach out and connect athletes together while also encouraging kids to glorify God."
