With adidas Nationals in a week we look at the best performances at NC A&T's venue's history.

We've seen Florida sprinters at the state level, the national level, but our friends at NSSF take a look at perspective runners for the IAAF World Junior Championships and a slew hail from the Sunshine state. The list includes high school athletes as well as current college freshman. See the top ten athletes in each event that have met the qualifiying standards for the meet which will take place at the end of July at historic Hayward Field at the University of Oregon.

Wrap-up of what the Floridians did up in North Carolina at New Balance Nationals Outdoor.

As always Florida will bring a strong contingent of athletes to Greensboro, North Carolina and this year's 2013 New Balance Nationals Outdoor will be no different. The event kicks off Friday with the marquee event being the girls and boys 5000m championship and will conclude Sunday. Our MileSplit team will be on hand throughout the weekend with thousands of photos, dozens of video interviews, and up to the minute action and results. Sunny weather and clear skies prevailed at the 4A Region 3 meet Thursday. A fresh breeze kept the heat down to a tolerable level, and cooled things off later in the meet after thesun went down. Some really memorable performances were turned in at the meet.

The Palm Beach County Championships is run as a two day meet. The first day is the 4x800m relay and all the jumps and throws. The second day is all the running events and hurdles. This meet is a showcase of the best talent from around the county.

These rankings were calculated by scoring the rankings as a meet.We scored 25 deep for individuals and 25 deep for relays.For example, for individuals 1st place received 25 points for their team, on down to 1 point for 25th place.

Park Vista Coach Jen  White remembers sitting in the hospital waiting room waiting for doctors to administer the drug that would either kill her son or save his life.  The day before, she was experiencing the high of Ryan winning the Palm Beach Marathon 5K. It was an emotional roller coaster all in the span of 24 hours.
