Check out the top 500 high school girls 5K times ever run at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Florida.

Land O' Lakes sophomore Natalie Abernathy is the lone runner in the class of 2019 to break 19 minutes. Abernathy accomplished that feat at the North Port XC Invitational with a time of 18:55.80. A total of seven girls have run under 19:30 for the season. We take a look at the top 500 sophomore girl this cross country season.

Sophomore Rebecca Clark finished as the 1A state runner-up the past two seasons. Clark, who transferred from Mt. Dora Bible to The Villages High School joins Key West's Nicole Matysik as the only two class of 2019 athletes to dip under 19 minutes with Harmony's Vanessa Bolen and Land O'Lake's Natalie Abernathy right on the cusp. We take a look at the top middle school performances from across the state. There were varied distances run this year from 3000 meters, to 3200 meters, to two miles, so unlike the high school runners, where there is a standard 5k distance, we had to pick a distance for the purposes of our rankings. Since, the Middle School State Championships runs 3000m that is what we decided to use. See where the future of the sport ranks this year by their respective grades!
