**All times will be verified on FL RUNNERS and only season best's from FL RUNNERS will be accepted. PR's will only be accepted from this season only. Coaches will be unable to override entries. Please email the meet director if you have any questions

MINIMUM DISTRANCES THROWS:
Discus Girls 70'0" / Boys 100'0"
Shot Put Girls 28'0" / Boys 35'0"
***every athlete will get their first attempt measured. 2nd & 3rd attempts will only be measured if throwers clear the minimum distance

MINIMUM DISTANCES HORIZONTAL JUMPS:
Long Jump Girls 14'0" / Boys 18'0"
Triple Jump Girls 28'0" / Boys 36'0" (use boards)

FIELD EVENT JUDGES: To help move the meet, we are looking for coaches from other schools to help judge shot put, high jump, long jump and triple jump. Our volunteers will be assisting at the finish line to help keep the flow of the meet. We appreciate any help your coaches can give.

Exchange Zone Judges: We will need 12 coaches, 1 per school, to help with exchange zones for 4x100. We need 6 coaches for the girls and 6 coaches for the boys 4x100.

$175 per school($100 per team). $10 per individual
