1/8 or 1/4 pyramid spikes ONLY allowed for all events NO NEEDLE SPIKES ALLOWED ON TRACK
Jersey MUST BE WORN to enter the meet --- WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
Any athletes found having left the track and on the school campus will be immediately disqualified
No Athletes in the press box or on the infield unless participating
No jewelry during competition or electronics on the infield or during field/running events (athletes will be warned once and then disqualified from the meet)
Please remove any tape on the track for relays/jumps tennis ball halves will be provided
Tents allowed ONLY on non-press box side please bring your own water and clean up after yourselves
Lapped runners may be pulled (down to 12 competitors) Unless they move out to Lane 2
Coaches/Spectators/Athletes with umbrellas are asked to sit in the upper rows of the bleachers
Warm up area is outside the track to the east or south of the stadium
No gum or food on the infield/track
Clerk will be located near the 100 meter starting area at the southwest corner of stadium
Pick up lane numbers with the clerk of the course Runners place numbers on left hip
Pick up your field event materials from Coach Carroll or Coach Denton at coaches meeting
Return your materials to the finish line to Coach Carroll or Coach Denton
See attached time schedule concerning events please be flexible with all athletes in multiple field events as you apply the NFHS Track and Field Rules
Results will be posted online at EliteTiming.net and announced over the sound system
Coaches please be at field events 20 minutes prior to events starting so we can begin on time
Bring your volunteers and coaches with you to help as you need
Awards will be given out at the end of finals or at the end of the field event, please pick up awards at the coaches meeting
Entry into the meet for all spectators is $6.00 per FHSAA regulation.
All car and bus parking should use the gravel parking lot OFF CAMPUS to the East of the Track (entrance is off Arcturas Ave. between Druid Rd. and Gulf to Bay Rd.). Additional regular parking is available to the Northeast of the stadium in front of the gymnasium on Gulf to Bay Rd. beginning at 1:35pm. NO PARKING ON CAMPUS IS ALLOWED UNTIL 1:35PM! Bathrooms are located in the Northeast corner of the stadium.
District T-Shirts will be sold in the concession area until supplies run out. Concessions will be open throughout the event with a variety of food, drink, and snacks. 4 meal vouchers will be distributed to each coaching staff to eat in the JROTC room located outside the Southeast corner of the stadium from 3-5pm.
