Meet Information
This meet is for Manatee County middle schools only.
PLEASE READ THESE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS!

Follow the instructions to claim your team IF this is your first time registering online. You have to wait for the webmaster to approve you. Once approved or if you have done this in past years, go to your team page to edit your roster. When adding athletes please use full names (no nicknames) and grad year is required - please use HS grad year:
2016-2017 Grad years are:
2021 - 8th
2022 - 7th
2023 - 6th
If athletes are no longer on the team, click the box next to their name then either click "remove from xc" or "move to inactive" but never delete athletes.

Quick summary (but use the link above): Once roster is updated then on this meet page click the green bar "Enter Online Now." "Enter School" to enter your male and female teams in the meet. Once the teams are entered then you click "View/Edit Entry" to get to the screen where you check box next to all the athletes names and hit save at the bottom (do this for both the boys and girls teams). Be sure to hit "save" before leaving that screen.
COURSE MAP:
The maps below are for the 2 mile course. In 2016 it will be the same basic course but shortened to 3K so that it matches up in distance with the middle school xc state meet distance.

ENTRIES:
Entries are due by 6:59 p.m. on September 29, 2016. Please double check that ALL of your athletes are entered in the meet. Please enter all athletes (even if more than 15 per squad). Late entries or changes on race day will be $5 per athlete (paid by coach at the time change/correction is made).
Entry fee: each school pays a one time entry fee of $75 which covers both Oct. 1 and Oct. 15 meets.
Payments: cash, check, or money order payable to RunnerGirl Inc., 8709 53rd Ter E, Bradenton, FL 34211
or if you wish to pay with PayPal, please email me so I can send you an invoice so you will not be charged tax.
All teams must be paid in full before they will be able to race in the Championship on October 15, 2016.
