make sure you bring your entry fee check or cash. We will not accept

Bus & Spectators Parking
Buses can drop off teams to Tent City area and park in open spaces,
Team Camps
Team Tents will be in the middle of Topping, and Fields but are not to interfere with the course.
Course Preview
The park will be open Thursday for warm-ups and course preview, until the races have begun. Course
will be visible and will have many Course Marshalls along the way.
Packet Pick-Up
You can pick up your packets at the finish line tent starting at 3:30 PM. It will include your race
numbers, team roster, pins, color course maps and the meet schedule.
Location
Palmer Trinity School South Campus --- The Main Field will be for Finishing and
spectator seating
Course Update
The 3k and 5k will use the same finish line, but have different starting points. Please review maps for
specifics. The 5k will start parallel to the Athletic Field house. The 3k will start on the top of the hill about 100 meters west of the 5k start.
Bathrooms
There are bathrooms in the building that is parallel to the start of the 5 k Course, which starts at Toppings Field.
Awards
There will be 4 divisions per gender, of which the Top 15 in each division will receive a medal. We will give medals to individual athletes in the Middle School races for 5th & 6th Grade division and, then 7th & 8th Grade. They will be racing together, but scored separately at the end. In the High School races we will also have two divisions' medals and run simultaneously. (Junior Varsity and Varsity)

9th -12th Grade (5k) - High School Junior Varsity & Varsity
