Entry Fee:
$120 Per Gender (max 20 runners)
Varsity Boys and Girls Team = $240.00 ( max 20 runners per Team)
Medals: Top 10 will receive medals

Time
Schedule High Schools (5K races):
4:00 PM = Packet Pick-up & Coaches Meeting (by the timing tent)
4:30 PM Boys 5k (max 20 runners)
5:15 PM Girls 5k ( max 20 runners)
Bus will only be allowed before 3:00 PM and after 3:30 PM.
Award Medals to the Top 10 Individuals handed as they cross the Finish line.

SAFETY REMINDER:*While safety is everyone's concern, please remember that it is the Head Coach's responsibility to ensure that their athletes can successfully run an entire race without stopping. The responsibility of the Meet Host is to provide proper medical care in an unforeseen circumstance. Please do not risk athlete injury by coaching carelessly. Also, please bring enough liquids to keep your athletes properly hydrated.
BUSES REMINDER:*Please have all buses unload athletes in the north campus parking lot, not on the street, as is being requested by Palmer Trinity Administration. There have been safety concerns and this is a precautionary measure to help ensure safety. Lastly, additional Parking in the South Campus. Thank you.
