COVID PROTOCOLS
- All runners and spectators are expected to follow social distancing and mask protocols for city of Jacksonville outdoor activities. The only exception is that, during warmups and racing and cool down, runners will not be expected to adhere to these protocols.
- Designated team areas for tents and team visitors will be assigned to your team via a campus map once entries are complete. Visitors may spectate anywhere social distancing is possible.
- The race start will be modified to make more distancing possible than a typical race. We will observe best practices at the first races of the season in late August and early September and we will make an informed race plan that you will receive the week prior to Eagles on the River. This plan could include starting line and box modifications as well as staggered starts.
- Once runners are finished with their race, they should proceed directly to their team area to prevent congregation at the finish. Water will be at the finish line for emergency use only. Otherwise, all runners should have personal water bottles held for them in their designated team area.
- All runners should resume social distancing and mask protocols at the awards ceremony on the Regan Plaza. Spectators are welcome but should continue protocols.
