DESCRIPTION OF COURSE
The course consists of grass practice fields, mulch,
asphalt, and crushed rock, shade and full sun. Runners will complete two loops
of the course, and spectators have wide-open views of at least half the course
from any given vantage point. Teams may set up on the lower section of the
River Field or along the Regan Plaza, the site of the awards ceremony.

TEAM SCORING & AWARDS
FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL 3K
Plaques to the individual winner of the middle school 3K
races. Medals for 2nd and 3rd place. Ribbons to the top
10 finishers in each race. The top 5 runners will be scored, and only the top 7
runners will be counted for displacement in the team scores. Each team has unlimited
entry, and starting positions will be on a first come first served basis.
