The 5k course is located at the Highlands County Sports Complex.

216 Sheriffs Tower Rd, Sebring, FL 33870

The course is 1.55 mile loop done twice on grass and dirt with a little bit of pavement. It is mostly flat with one small hill, with open space.

FEES

$120 for both teams(boys and girls)

Or $80 for one team(one gender)

TIME SCHEDULE

6:00am Highlands County Sports Complex is open for Teams to enter.

7:00am Coaches Meeting (at the finish line)

7:20am Pledge of Allegiance

7:25am Girls 5K Varsity (Max 10 runners with times under 30:00)

8:00am Boys 5k Varsity (Max 10 runners with times under 28:00)

8:35am JV Girls 5K (Unlimited entries with 45 minutes time limit)

9:20am JV Boys 5k (Unlimited Entries with 40 minutes time limit)
