Cape Coast Conference Championship
At Astronaut High School
There is a $150 entry fee for each school.
You are allowed 4 entries per event.
Entry deadline is Monday April 11th at 11:59pm -DirectAthletics
All marks must be verifiable
10:00 am Coaches Meeting bleachers
10:30 am Boys Javelin followed by girls
11am 4 x 800 relay
3 attempts in field events.
All 1st attempts will be measured. We will mark 2nd and 3rd attempts of the top 10 positions.
11am 1st round of field events
Long Jump Girls and Boys Finals
Girls Shot Put Boys Discus Finals
Girls High Jump- opening ht -1.32m
Girls Pole Vault opening ht -2.13m
12pm Unseeded sections of 1600 and 3200
Top 16 runners in 1600 and 3200 will run in the seeded section of finals at 5pm
1pm 2nd round of field events

Infield will be closed to all coaches and athletes not in field events.
Warm up for running events will take place on the infield one event prior to upcoming events.
Each CCC school will provide at least one coach to assist with field events and or hurdles.
