Timing is provided by Miles and Minutes, LLC. Live results will be provided. 

Sanctioned by FHSAA and NFHS for TWELVE states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, and TN.

There will be a TIME/PACE restriction of 9 minutes per mile in the Varsity Races. Due to course management, all runners entered in the varsity races must be able to run at least 9:00 min pace. There is no time restriction in the junior varsity races. If runners are slower than this stipulated pace, they will be pulled from the course. Coaches, please adhere to this rule.

Entry Fees

Varsity Races: $200 per school. Middle School Races: $70 per team 

Make checks payable to West Florida High School and mail them to Everett Whiteside, West Florida High School, 150 E. Burgess Rd, Pensacola, FL, 32503. Payments also can be made on the day of the race.

J.V. Races: Free and unlimited for both boys and girls teams as long as each team has a paid varsity team running. 

Middle school races: entries are unlimited.

Awards: We will award custom plaques to the top three varsity teams and custom die-cut medals to the top 15 Varsity finishers and top 10 junior varsity finishers. We will also have a plaque for our top junior varsity team. The individual champion for each of the varsity races will also receive a unique trophy award. For the middle school division, the top ten finishers will receive medals and the first-place team will receive a custom plaque. The winner of each race will also receive a Stampede t-shirt. Lastly, we have T-shirts for the Dance-Off competition: best male and best female.

Admission: $5 per vehicle. Passenger team vans and buses transporting athletes will not have to pay for parking, but all other vehicle types will be charged regardless of passengers, no exceptions.
