COACHES MEETING - 7:15am AT FINISH LINE AREA 

  • ELITE Girls - 7:30am - LIMITED TO TEN ENTRIES PER TEAM TOP 40 teams 
  • ELITE Boys - 8:00am - LIMITED TO TEN ENTRIES PER TEAM TOP 40 seeded teams
  • Girls B Race - 8:30am - girls teams ranked 41-55 AND all JV girls from elite teams projected to run under 28:00 -

    unlimited entries 
  • Boys B Race - 9:00am - boys teams ranked 41-55 AND all JV boys from elite teams projected to run under 24:00 - unlimited entries 
  • Girls C Race - 9:30am - girls teams ranked 56 and higher AND any other JV girls projected to run over 28:00
  • Boys C Race - 10:00am - boys teams ranked 56 and higher AND any other boys JV projected to run over 24:00
  • ELITE RACES AWARDS AT 10:30AM

**Medals and hoodies for Top 25 boys and Girls in Elite  Race.  **Trophies to top 3 boys and girls teams in Elite races.

**We will not have awards for B or C races 

REAL-TIME RESULTS (INCLUDING HALFWAY SPLITS) WILL BE AVAILABLE ON 1ST PLACE SPORTS WEBSITE UNDER RESULTS - CURRENT RESULTS 

GATES OPEN AT 6:00am
*Parking is FREE !!
*COACHES MAY PARK FREE IN PAVED PARKING LOT (2 PER TEAM)
*TEAM BUSES MAY DROP RUNNERS OFF (AND THEN PARK IN A SPECIAL PARKING LOT)
SPECTATOR FEE 
$7.00 through GoFan (Bolles) please alert your parents to download the App and have tickets ready for scanning at entrance for smooth entry.

TEAM CAMPS will be assigned by number and all will be within close proximity of finish line (with 80 highschools we need to ensure orderly team camp set up to keep free of course and allow room for spectators. 

PACKET PICK-UP IS FROM 6:00am to 7:15am 

PACKET PICK UP WILL BE AT THE BASE OF THE LIGHT TOWER AT THE 10TH HOLE TEE BOX ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE CLUBHOUSE

TEAM PACKET WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT PAYMENT 

(WE DONT to know who is running which race - (all chips are the same) - You can make a game day decision / JUST PLEASE DONT  ENTER MORE THAN 10 IN ELITE RACE - and the two JV races are for the Elite 40 teams ONLY  - the C race is for all teams and unlimited runners not in elite race.
