Lincoln High School Girls 4x100 & 4x200m Relay Team - We had two combine these two performances into one entry. Coach Corey Poole's squad looked very good in the relays winning both the 4x100 and 4x200m relays at FSU in meet record times of 47.36 and 1:39.22.

Sherry Lubin (Senior, Naples) - Lubin was the lone female field event athlete to post a state leading mark. The Naples senior threw an almost three foot personal best in the shot put, tossing the implement 43'9.75".

Khalifa St. Fort (Senior, St. Thomas Aquinas - Competes Unattached) - In her professional debut, St. Fort won gold at the 2016 CARIFTA Games in the U-20 100m dash. Her time of 11.40 into a -2.7 wind converts into 11.17s with no wind. The senior was slated to run both the 4x100m relay and 200m dash before hip pain in warm ups sidelined her.
