Lincoln's Garrett Copelin broke 38 seconds for the first time in the 300 meter hurdles at the 3A District 2 meet at Chiles High School in Tallahassee last Saturday with a 37.73 victory to make him one of the favorites right now in the event for a state title in 3A.
