Cardinal Mooney's Addison Dempsey had the fastest 5K run by any of Florida's junior girls this season at 17:29, while breaking 18 minutes on two other occasions including a state runner-up finish of 17:53 in the 2A race as well as a 15th place showing of 17:48 at the Champs South Regional.
