Jalisa Marshall of Miami Southridge HS was third in last year's 4A4 regional in the 100m in 12.21 (center above).  She won the 4A District 4 championship in the 100 with an 11.87 and the 200m with a 24.22.  he was 8th in the 4A state finals with a 12.21.
