Fresh off of his Garparilla 15K victory and his Trials-qualifying NYC Half Marathon performance, we invited Jeremy Criscione and his coach Rick Moody to come by the studio and enjoy a workout on the beautiful Seminole-Wekiva Trial directly behind our headquarters. The University of Florida alum is competing professionally under Rick's tutelage as part of the Hansons-Brooks Distance Project South, based in Lakeland.
Jeremy has been having a great 2011 so far, winning the the Gasparilla 15K in 46:22 and a 1:04:28 at NYC Half Marathon, which qualified him for the Olympic Trials. His 15K split in that half marathon eclipsed his mark at Gasparilla and made him the top American in his age group (23-25) and sixth American overall behind the likes of Galen Rupp, Meb Keflezighi, and Ryan Hall.
