I made the trip to Calvary Christian in Clearwater today to finally get a first hand look at the wonderful new $4 Million track facility that I had heard so much about. We at flrunners.com, in association with FLYRA (Florida Youth Running Association), are going to be hosting this year's Middle School State Championship there on May 5, 2012.
What a fantastic facility! Coach Thiel gave me a tour today and I am excited about the hosting the middle school state championship there to say the least.

FLYRA and flrunners.com are proud to announce that the Middle School Track & Field State Championship will have a new home this spring. The meet, which has become the highlight of the middle school season in Florida and a launching pad for future stars, will switch coasts after three years at Holy Trinity in Melbourne. The championship meet will take place on May 5, 2012 at Calvary Christian High School in Clearwater.
