How to Qualify
You may qualify through one of two ways....
Hit a Qualifying Standard - We will recognize ANY meet as a qualifier this year as long as they have a fully-automatic timing (professional service preferred), use Hytek or RaceTab software for meet management, and get meet results to flrunners.com in a timely fashion. This is different from past years where we only recognized certain meets as qualifiers.
Finish Top Two at a Regional Championship - The meets that are recognized as regional championships have the added benefit that if you finish first or second in the event at your middle school regional meet you automatically move on, regardless of if you hit the qualifying time/mark or not.
