Dear Coach,
Thank you for your interest in competing at the 2016 Florida State XC Invitational/Pre-State Meet. We hope you, members of your team and families are safe following the effects of Hurricane Matthew. We consider personal safety is a priority and offer full refunds for any individual or team that could not attend the meet for any reason.
There are two options regarding refunds;
1) Credit towards the 2017 Florida State XC Invitational/Pre-State Meet
If you want to receive credit towards the entry fee for the 2017 Florida State XC Invitational/Pre-State Meet, please respond to the email stating you want credit and I will send a confirmation for your book keeping records.
2) Full check refund
If you would like a full refund, please submit a W-9 form from the organization that submitted the original check and include the address to which the check should be mailed. A blank W-9 form is attached for your convenience. Checks should be expected within 30 days from the receipt of the completed W-9 form.
Thank you again and we hope to see a many of you in November at the FHSAA State Championship or at another cross country race in Tallahassee. We will be hosting the following races at Apalachee Regional Park this fall: http://www.visittallahassee.com/partners/apalachee-regional-park/148539/

Middle School Races Friday October 7
Entry Fee has increased from $75 - $100 for high school teams for up to 20 athletes per team per gender. For additional athletes over the first 20, it will be $5 per person. Individuals are $20.
Teams can run a B team if they wish but they will not be seeded in the same race as the A team and will have to pay the $100 entry fee as a separate team.
Entry fees due no later than September 30. Please make checks made payable to Board of County Commissioners Leon County. Checks made out to Florida State or Florida State Track & Field Officials Association will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
