Location:
The race is once again @ the Northwest Regional Complex, otherwise known as Ponkan. It is about 2 1/5 miles from the high school. Buses will need to park in the 2nd entrance, closest to the basketball courts and everyone else can park in 2nd or 3rd entrance. Varsity race can have up to 10 runners.
The majority of the course is grass, minus the last 3/4 of the race, loop around the lake to the finish line.
Scoring & Timing:

ARROW LIVE RESULTS will be used, while online scores will be posted at www.J7Sports.net immediately after each race.
Race Bibs: (coaches - please read this to your runners)
EACH RUNNER'S NAME IS ON THEIR RESPECTIVE BIB
LET THE TIMER KNOW BEFORE THE MEET IF INFORMATION NEEDS EDITING
USE 4 PINS TO SECURE THE BIB TO THE CHEST AREA OF THE JERSEY
BIB NUMBERS WILL BE MANUALLY RECORDED AND VIDEOED AT THE FINISH LINE
EACH RUNNER IS ENTERED IN BOTH V & JV RACES - CHANGES CAN OCCUR ANYTIME

Entry Fee:
Cost is $75.00 per gender, or $125 per team,(meaning the entire team) and medals will be awarded for top 8 boys and girls, with a trophy going to top 2 boy's and girl's teams. Spectator fee is $5.00 per person.
Checks should be made out to Apopka High School Cross Country Address is 555 Martin St. Apopka, Fl 32712. Checks will be accepted race day.
Time Schedule:
7:40am Coaches Meeting
8:00am Varsity Girls'
8:30am Varsity Boys
9:00am JV race - will be combined, if needed
Awards Ceremony will be immediately following the JV Race.
