THE MAJORITY OF THE RACE COURSE IS GRASS. NOTE THAT THE LAST 3/4 MILE OF THE ROUTE IS ON THE CONCRETE SIDEWALK WHICH SURROUNDS THE LAKE.

Teams: $75 per gender, or $125 per team.
Checks should be made out to:Apopka High School Cross Country
555 Martin St. Apopka, Fl 32712.
Checks will be accepted race day.

BUSES
Buses will need to park in the 2nd entrance, closest to the basketball courts and everyone else can park in the 2nd or 3rd entrance.

Award
A TEAM Trophy will be awarded to the 1st place boy's varsity and girl's varsity teams.
Medals will be awarded to the top 10 boys and girls in varsity division.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Due by September 23, 9:00pm.
Register each runner as varsity or jv / changes are allowed on race morning up to the start of the 1st race

REGISTER EACH RUNNER WITH A SEED TIME. THESE WILL BE USED TO CREATE THE WAVES. RUNNERS WITHOUT A SEED TIME WILL BE RECORDED AS 60 MINUTES.

SCORING WILL NOT BE OFFICIAL UNTIL CONFIRMED THROUGH BACKUP CONFIRMATION.

RACE BIBS (coaches - please read this to your athletes)
EACH RUNNER'S NAME IS ON THEIR RESPECTIVE BIB. USE 4 PINS TO SECURE THE BIB TO THE CHEST AREA OF THE JERSEY.
LET THE TIMER KNOW BEFORE THE MEET IF INFORMATION NEEDS EDITING. BIB NUMBERS WILL BE ELECTRONICALLY AND MANUALLY RECORDED AND VIDEOED AT THE FINISH LINE.
