8:00 am Varsity Girls
8:40 am Varsity Boys
9:15 am JV Race (boys'girls combine if possible)
Entry Fee: $75 per gender, or $125 per team.
Spectator Fee $5 (coaches, please inform your parents)

Checks will be accepted race day.
Buses will need to park in the 2nd entrance, closest to the basketball courts and everyone else can park in the 2nd or 3rd entrance. Varsity race can have up to 10 runners.The majority of the course is grass, minus the last 3/4 of the race. There is a concrete walkway loop around the lake to the finish line.

AGEE RACE TIMING W/ ARROW LIVE RESULTS will be used, which display individual and team scores. SCORING WILL NOT BE OFFICIAL UNTIL CONFIRMED THROUGH BACKUP CONFIRMATION. LIVE and FINAL online results and scores willbe posted at www.J7Sports.net.
RACE BIBS (coaches - please read this to your athletes)
EACH RUNNER'S NAME IS ON THEIR RESPECTIVE BIB.LET THE TIMER KNOW BEFORE THE MEET IF INFORMATION NEEDS EDITING.USE 4 PINS TO SECURE THE BIB TO THE CHEST AREA OF THE JERSEY.BIB NUMBERS WILL BE MANUALLY RECORDED AND VIDEOED AT THE FINISH LINE.EACH RUNNER IS ENTERED IN BOTH varsity& JV RACES - CHANGES CAN OCCUR ANYTIME

Awards Ceremony will be immediately following the JV Race.
Trophy will be awarded to the 1st place boy's and girl's teams varsity division.
Medals will be awarded to the top 10 boys and girls in varsity division.
