We have another elite and high-caliber meet for the distance stars of Florida to attend this weekend in the first annual Dunbar Tigers Classic in Fort Myers. A lot of it has to be a credit to the brainchild behind the idea over wings with other coaches for dinner after the FACA Clinic in Dunbar cross country and distance track coach Ray Romero. He has put in a lot of time and energy recruiting these fields reaching out and communicating with coaches throughout the state over the past few months.The meet within the high school-sanctioned meet is hosting elite open/unattached races at the mile and 3200-meter distances.
