COACHES MEETING - 7:30AM AT FINISH LINE AREA
- ELITE Girls - 7:45am -- LIMITED TO TEN ENTRIES PER TEAM TOP 32 seeded teams
- ELITE Boys - 8:15am - LIMITED TO TEN ENTRIES PER TEAM TOP 32 seeded teams
- ELITE GIRLS TEAMS JV - 8:45am - unlimited entries
- ELITE BOYS TEAMS JV - 9:15am - unlimited entries
- HS Girls C - 9:45am - unlimited entries - all teams seeded 33 and above
- HS Boys C - 10:15am - unlimited entries - all teams seeded 33 and above
- ELITE RACES AWARDS AT 10:30AM
- C RACE AWARDS AT 11:00AM
**Medals and hoodies for Top 25 boys and Girls in Elite Race. **Trophies to top 3 boys and girls teams in Elite races.
**Tee-shirts to top 15 boys and girls in C races
**We will not have awards for JV races
GATES OPEN AT 6:15AM
*Parking is FREE !!*COACHES MAY PARK FREE IN PAVED PARKING LOT (1 PER TEAM)
*TEAM BUSES MAY DROP RUNNERS OFF AND THEN PARK IN A SPECIAL PARKING LOT)
TEAM CAMPS MAY BE SET UP NEAR START OR FINISH (but not within 100 feet of finish mat which will be roped off) SPOTS ARE FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED)
PACKET PICK-UP IS AT FINISH LINE AREA FROM 6:15am to 7:30am

- (WE DONT need to know who is running which race - (all chips are the same) - You can make a game day decision / JUST PLEASE DONT ENTER MORE THAN 10 IN ELITE RACE - and the two JV races are for the Elite 32 teams ONLY - the C race is for all teams and unlimited runners not in elite race.
