Holy Trinity has been one of the premier girls cross country programs in the state for the past decade. The Tigers made it ten podium finishes in eleven years after finishing second in 2012 behind Oak Hall. Two time state 1A cross country champion Julie Wollrath, is the front runner of this team. Joining her this year is transfer Shelby Smith who comes from East Grand Rapids High School in Michigan along with sister Sydney.

Holy Trinity junior Julie Wollrath is looking for her third straight 1A state championship. Her time of 17:53.50 is nearly twenty-five seconds better than Alex Eaton of Shorecrest Prep. Eaton and junior Sarah Candiano will have to have a great year to overthrow Wollrath.
