3A Districts

District 1 Results: Recent University of Tennessee at Martin commit, Erica Fisher, won the girls race in a time of 18:28 to lead the Pace girls to a 26 point team title. Brandon Knieja, out of Tate HS, won the boys individual title in a time of 16:52. Gulf Breeze senior, Connor Creel, ran a time of 18:00 to lead the Gulf Breeze boys to the team district win.  

District 2 Results: Kambry Smith, a sophomore out of Fort Walton Beach, took home the girls district title in a time of 19:18. Lillian Holtery, out of Niceville, followed behind in a time of 19:28 to lead the Niceville girls to a 31 point team victory. On the boys side, Niceville took the first three places with Todd Wendel leading the way in a time of 17:11. The Niceville boys also captured the team win with 23 points. 

District 3 Results: Chiles girls and boys swept the district. The girls took places 1-5 with Emily Culley leading the way in 18:44. Sebastian Kenne out of Stanton Prep took home the boys district title in 16:39, with Clayburn Milford leading the Chiles boys to victory in a second place finish of 17:02. 

District 4 Results: It was a fast battle at the 3A district 4 race. Nease HS took first and second place with Justin Tackling winning the race in a time of 16:16. Nease freshman, Rheinhardt Harrison, finished second in 16:24. Third through sixth was a battle down to the finish with Antonio Romero out of Ponte Vedra running 16:25, Jahari White out of Bartram Trail running 16:26.44, and Parker Woodruff out of St. Augustine running 16:26.48. Nease HS took the boys team title with 51 points. In the girls race, Creekside continued their fantastic season, with three of their girls running in the top three places. Claire Openshaw won the meet in 18:27 to lead the girls to a 22 point team victory. 

District 5 Results: Ani Veltcheva, a freshman out of Gainesville HS, won the girls race in a time of 18:57. Ocala Vanguard packed up and took third through sixth place, with Mykenzee Marshall running a time of 20:29 to lead the team to a 27 point win. It was a finish line battle in the boys race with William Troupe, out of Leesburg, going 16:37.32 and Giovanni Rodriguez, out of Ocala Vanguard, running 16:37.68. Rodriguez led the Ocala boys to a 20 point team win. 

District 6 Results: Emma Jane Schlageter, a sophomore out of New Smyrna Beach, won the girls individual title in a time of 19:51. Kelly Steffens, out of Matanzas HS, finished fifth and led her girls team to the district title. New Smyrna Beach senior, Aidan O'Gorman, won the boys race in a time of 15:44 with his teammate Griffin Cooney following behind in 16:31. Ethan Lemoncello finished third in a time of 16:36 and led the Seabreeze boys to a 35 point team win. 

District 7 Results: Liina Winborn, a junior out of Sunlake HS, took home the girls district title running a personal best of 17:53! Natalie Abernathy followed for second in a time of 18:14. Sunlake girls captured the team title with 20 points. Edward Scheid and Gavin Kennedy went one and two, running 16:43 and 16:46 to lead the Sunlake boys to a 30 point victory. 

District 8 Results: James Burkett, a senior out of Auburndale HS, won the boys race in a time of 17:10. Nicholas Morrison finished fifth in 17:53 to lead the Harmony boys to the district team title. Harmony HS took the first seven places in the girls race with Allison Hicks capturing the individual win in a time of 19:53. 

District 9 Results: Robinson girls took places 1-4 with Sarah Dann leading the way with a 20:48 win. Jake Turner out of Armwood HS won the boys individual title in a time of 16:11. Robinson swept the meet, with Ethan Geiger leading the boys to a 33 point team victory. 

District 10 Results: Parker Valby continues her stellar season by adding a district championship win in a time of 18:08. Taylor Stone and the Osceola girls were very strong with stone running a time of 18:29 to finish second. The Osceola girls won the meet with 21 points and a 19:42 team average. Mathew Maier, a senior out of Northeast HS (St. Petersburg) won the boys race in a time of 16:33 to lead his team to a 30 point team victory. 

District 11 Results: John Perez, a senior out of Port Charlotte, captured the boys individual title in a time of 17:16. Liam Holston finished second in a time of 17:31 to lead his Fort Myers team to the team title. Isabella Coogan won the girls race in a time of 19:02 with Cheyenne Young following behind in 19:26. Stephy Ormsby finished third and paved the way for her Fort Myers team to win the girls race with 38 points. 

District 12 Results: It was a battle down to the finish for seniors, Hugh Brittenham and Nickolas Kamen. Brittenham finished with the win in a time of 16:18.14 with Kamen right behind in a time of 16:18.89. Not only was it a battle between Brittenham and Kamen, but their teams also fought for the team title. Kamen led the Gulf Coast boys to the district win with 52 points, Estero right behind with 53. Zoe D'Antonio and Morgan Vickaryous finished one and two for Naples going 19:37 and 20:11. Morgan Palmer finished third in a time of 20:15 for the Palmetto Ridge girls. D'Antonio and Vickaryous led the Naples girls to a 22 point win with a 20:20 team average. 

District 13 Results: Viera HS took the first three places on the girls side with Isabella Babilonia leading the team in a time of 19:08 for the 19 point team victory. Andy Martinez won the boys race for Viera in a time of 16:33. Martinez and Coby Karl paved the way for the Viera boys to win the team title with 28 points. 

District 14 Results: South Fork HS took the top four places in the girls race with Hannah Martin as the district champion in a time of 20:25. The South Fork girls won the meet with 16 points, a 1:35 1-5 split, and a team average of 21:23. Thomas Weiler won the boys race for South Fork in a time of 16:37, paving a way for the team to capture the team title with 27 points. 

District 15 ResultsDillard girls and boys sweep district 15, with the girls having a perfect score of 15. Christina Coleman took the girls individual win in a time of 21:51 and Humberto Ramirez out of Boyd Anderson took the boys district title in a time of 18:37. 


District 16 Results: Valerie Lastra continues her speedy season with a district title in a time of 18:19, running all alone over two minutes ahead of second place. Miami Northwestern had a strong pack and won the girls race with 38 points. Adam Magoulas out of Belen won the boys race in a time of 15:56. Belen scored a perfect score of 15 points. Tommy Cardenas out of Mater Academy, who was racing without a full squad, split up the perfect sweep.
