The Niceville girls certainly have some worthy challengers to try and dethrone them in the 4A classification including South Florida powerhouse programs such as Miami Southridge and St. Thomas Aquinas, but they are still well positioned this year to rack up a lot of points come state meet time. One noticeable difference in the makeup from their squad last year though is the shift of more points being produced out of the track events instead of the field events by Niceville including all 3 of their relay teams right now ranked among the top 3 in the classification between the 4x100, 4x400, and 4x800.
