Ferrentino, Sosa, Number One At Mike Gibson Summertime Run

It was a hot,humid race day at Lake Mary High School as teams and athletes tuned up for the start of the regular season. Junior Kerstin Sosa took individual honors and led Hagerty to the team title. On the boys side, junior Connor Ferrentino running in his first ever cross country race takes the top spot. Winter Park after placing three of their top seven in the top seven are the boys team champions.

Things get kicked off in Seminole County tomorrow morning at Lake Mary! Twenty-two teams and 460 runners from around Central Florida are set to take the line for the 32nd annual event.
