The ladies of Miami Northwestern dominated the field at the 2015 Florida Relays setting US#1's in the 4x1, 4x2, 4x4, and 4x800m relay. No other team is even close. STA sits at number two by the narrowest of points over Hallandale. Check out the top 25 teams regardless of class.

After dominating the Bob Hayes Invitational and USF/Steinbrenner Invitational the ladies of Miami Northwestern had the weekend off. Well, sort of. Our top ranked team still practiced during the week to gear up for Florida Relays. See the top 25 teams in the state regardless of class!
Six of the top eight teams in our boys Super 25 team rankings are in 4A. Dr. Phillips leads the way after another team victory at the Seminole Invitational in Clermont.
Miami Northwestern ran a split squad with half their team going to Bob Hayes and the other half going to the USF/Steinbrenner Invitational. The Lady Bulls came home with two team trophies from the two largest meets in the state.
Dr. Phillips remains in the number one spot, but their was movement beneath them. After a successful week at BCAA Championships Boyd Anderson moved up from tenth to second. The top teams in our girls Super 25 reside in South Florida with Miami Northwestern, Southridge, and Ransom Everglades in Dade County and Hallandale, St. Thomas Aquinas, and Northeast in neighboring Broward. The Dr. Phillips boys sit still at number one after winning the Brian Jaeger Elite Classic at Winter Park. The Panthers relays came through posting top ten national times in the 4x800, 4x100, and 4x400m relays. Lyman remains at number two while Seminole HS (Sanford) slips into third. Miami Northwestern is the top ranked team according to our girls Super 25 team rankings for the third straight week. The Lady Bulls posted 188 points to win the Hallandale Invitational over the host Chargers and Miami Southridge ranked number two and number four in our Super 25. The Dr. Phillips boys remain in the top spot of our Super 25 team rankings. The Panthers won the Lake Brantley Classic with 147 points. Lyman was fourth at the meet, but due to their strength in the distance events, and field events (Sean Clarke in pole vault and Adam Shuler in discus), the Greyhounds jump from number six to number two in our Super 25, the largest jump so far this season. The Dr. Phillips boys flexed their muscle for the second weekend in a row. The Panthers had more than twice the amount of points as runner-up Colonial a the Lake Brantley Invitational, winning every running event except for the 1,600 and 3,200m. The ladies of Miami Northwestern are a South Florida powerhouse and at the 2015 Louie Bing Classic they went head to head with St. Thomas Aquinas, but it was no contest. The Bulls bulldozed the Raiders 182-124.5 in the team standings. They are the top team in our girls Super 25 Power Rankings.
