The 2026 Indoor Track & Field season is in full gear. Here are the top sophomore boys indoor returners by event. The indoor season in Florida starts with the Jimmy Carnes Invitational, Jan. 15-18. MileSplit FL will stream all of the high school and youth events at the Alachua County Sports and Event Center in Gainesville.

Sophomore Steven Lundin of Coral Reef HS and the Miami Elite Track Club is one of the talented 2028 class in the distance races. Lundin is ranked No. 2 in the 800m with a 2:03.13 and No. 4 in the Mile with a 4:32.25. His 4:3225 Mile was run in a second-place finish in the Freshman Boys Mile at the Adidas Track Nationals.
