Khosla Scores Distance Double With US#1 1600 and US#2 3200 At Bolles Bulldog Classic
Every year the Bolles Bulldog Classic attracts the top runners from around the state to compete for one night on one track. This means only one thing; insanely fast times, and this year was no exception. The meet produced over 40 national elite times and over 100 elite times.
Bolles Bulldog Classic Virtual Meet/Preview
Over fifty teams from across the state will head to the Bolles School in Jacksonville for the Bolles Bulldog Classic. Last year's meet served as a coming out party for Leon's Sukhi Khosla. Khosla set the tone for the distance events winning the 3200 in a new personal best time of 9:16.73. He would go onto win the 3A Cross Country Finals later in the year. Both boys and girls distance fields are once again packed with the top talent in the state. See how the meet will play out according to our virtual meet!

Florida has some big meets. For those familiar with the track circuit, Bob Hayes Invitational, Louie Bing Classic, & Sam Burley HOF are some of the biggest meets around. The colleges step up and offer Steinbrenner (USF), Florida Relays & the FSU Relays to the mix as well. Go ahead and add the Kowboy Invite to the “big FLA meets” list too. Attracting some of the best Central Florida has to offer, in addition to the some west coast teams as well, this invitational is getting larger and more competitive each year.

East Ridge Sprinters Jernigan & Whitney Post Nation Leading Times At Lake Highland Prep
East Ridge sprinters Terry Jernigan and Kaylin Whitney put on a show at the Lake Highland Track & Field Elite Classic. Jernigan won the long jump with a mark of 22-02.5 then followed that up wtih a US#1 clocking of 10.36 in the 100 and 21.42 in the 200. Whitney, continued her successful young career with two US#1 times in both the 100 (11.59) and 200 (23.58). Todd Grasley, Randy Settle, and Darrell Laxton were on-site with dozens of race videos and interviews plus nearly two thousand photos!
