Olympia's Emily Knopfle had a breakout freshman year in cross country as she finished 3rd in the FHSAA 4A state cross country race and was one of the best Orlando area runners as the Metro West Conference Champion. Her 18:36 5K best ranks her among the fastest 4A classification returnees with a handful of other All-State top 15 finishers coming back as well for the 2022 cross country season.
