Both teams look very capable of winning national championships after looking at their TullyRunners.com speed rating.
Harlem Children's Zone returns to The Armory

Every summer here at The Armory one of the most exciting events to take place is The Harlem Children's Zone track meet. With thousands of kids and hundreds of volunteers, each HCZ center races in different color t-shirts, and the place goes crazy.

Bronxville is a very small, very affluent community in southern Westchester County, nestled between Mt. Vernon, Yonkers, and New Rochelle, all very urban areas. The town consists of a cummuter train station, a movie theatre, numerous restraurants and coffee shops, and some of the most beautiful homes in the country.

North Rockland senior Jackie Gamboli looked poised and confident in the 1500m. She was leading the field with Shelby Greany, the four-time Foot Locker qualifier on her shoulder, and she stayed right there past the finish - at the front.

Sam Roecker of Burnt Hills-Balston Lake took charge from the gun in the girls 3000m, and while her teammate Molly Pezullo hung on her shoulder, Roecker just continued to run out front.
Roecker is just tough - it's as simple as that. Anyone who has ever seen her race would agree. She may look dead at the mile mark but she'll always find a way to be in the race all the way to the end.
COLLEGE ACTION: Cortland men, Geneseo women win SUNYAC titles

Running at Geneseo, the SUNY Cortland men, the #1 ranked NCAA Division III team in the country, defended their title with 22 points over Geneseo. The women of Geneseo turned the tables on Cortland as they dominated the race with 26 points.

Manhattan College Boys Easterns States Preview

For years the boys fans at The Manhattan College Invitational have felt cheated. The girls Eastern States has been held for years, with one huge, deep race deciding bragging rights while the boys talent was spread out over 7 races.
This year will be different. For the first time ever, the Boys Eastern States meet will be run at the meet instead of the following weekend. McQuaid, Suffolk Coaches, and Ocean State lead the way this weekend as ArmoryTrack.com spreads out and tries to cover as much as possible. FM vs. Burnt Hills at McQuaid should be about as exciting as it gets. The Hoffman Invitationl at St. Lawrence shoudl be a great NCAA DIII meet as it previews the natioal qualifier course.
