Erika Fluehr got second twice to her sister Kathryn tonight. Talks about her silvers and new 3200 PR of 10:29 to go along with a 4:55 1600.

3200 Meter State Champion. I'm a new fan of this kid, he's just on cloud 9!

Swept her events for the second time in three years... 40 points and helped her team to a big team championship.
