The 3A boy's division is loaded with talent. I'm unsure if I have seen a more talented group of athletes in the sprints, the hurdles, the distance and field events. Zamari Sanders, Brandon and Braylen Bennett, J'Vari Flowers, Kai Evans, Tywan Cox, Alejandro de Bastos, Marcelo Mantecon, Justin Ruiz, Andrew Beroset, Nickiah Wilkinson, and Josiah Allen, just to name a few. That being said, Thiago (Joseph Socarras) of Belen Jesuit enters his Sr. year having run 4:04.53 in the 1600m, 1:51.32 in the 800m, 49.14 in the 400m and 9:15.09 in the 3200m. His real concentration was in the 1600 where he is a 2x State champion.
