The Pensacola Christian girls won their 1st State 1A team title last year and look poised to take their 2nd. They had the best team score of all the 1A districts last week with a score of 60. They have been the #1 1A girls ranked team all year. They had an Average Time in the 1A District 1 race of 19:57.36 with a 1-5 Split of 1:28.70. For the season, they have an Average Time of 18:52.46 and a 1-5 Split of 1:57.14. The team has been led all season by the #3 & 4 ranked 1A girls, Jr.'s Jaimee Tutton and Regan Smith. Smith did not run in the district race and 8th grader Emma McLaughlin stepped up, finishing 4th in the district race and was the teams #3 scorer. Sofia Peterlevitz, Clara Goncalves and Eliana Reynolds were the teams #2, 4 and 5 scorers.
