Westminster Academy owns 6 State Team titles: 1983 (A), 1984 (A), 1985 (A), 1987 (A), 1988 (A), and 2016 (1A). They had the lowest team score in all of the 1A districts with a total of 116 points. Of course its subjective as to the course, the conditions and the District challenge, but they should be in the running again for their 7th team title. They are #2 in the 1A Team rankings just 4 points behind Cambridge. The team is led by Sr. Jonathan Pena who is having an outstanding year and is currently the #1 ranked 1A boys in the state. Tanner Pritchard and Tyler Pritchard are the #2 and 3 runners and they are joined by Scott Sanok and Lucas Latimore who round out the district scorers. They had an aver time of 16:49.68 and a 1-5 split of 1:30.80 in 1A District 7. For the season they have an average time of 16:05.50 and a 1-5 split of 1:25.50.
